Nitin Agrawal
Nitin Agrawal is the Chief Financial Officer at CoreWeave, where he leads the company's Finance organization. He joined CoreWeave at a pivotal moment, helping steward the company through its initial public offering while building the financial foundation to support its next phase of growth.
Agrawal brings deep expertise in financial strategy, capital allocation, and operational discipline, with a proven track record of scaling new businesses and developing high-performing teams across some of the industry's most complex, high-growth technology companies.
Prior to CoreWeave, Agrawal served as vice president of finance for Google Cloud, chief financial officer of Mapbox, Inc., and director and CFO of the Compute Services division at Amazon Web Services (AWS). He also held several leadership positions within the enterprise sales and corporate finance teams at Microsoft.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India and an M.B.A. in Finance from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
